I measured my hand and according to the source, size M would fit, but again my hands are small and around the fingers are a little loose, but not that uncomfortable , you can tolerate that or fix it yourself and also the fit on the wrist is a bit big for me anyway it's a good product and it's perfect for warming hands when cycling in winter. I think I could easily go down a size due to my petite fingers.
