This is my 2nd Bushwhacker bag, the previous one was a frame bag which is still in new condition so I know this one will last. It's almost impossible to figure out how many bags actually fit by searching the internet, but let me assure you that this bag can hold a lot. I just need a regular sized bag for everything. If you need to take another shirt with you, you can open the extension and pack up all your stuff. The bag contained 2 spare cameras, a set of tire levers, a wallet, keys, a Sony Xperia z3 phone and 2 granola bars. Everything fit like magic with no problems. But if you need twice the space. Then open the bag to double the volume. I really like the design of the bag, with a hard plastic insert that maintains the top and bottom contours and a velcro strap that holds the bag to the seatpost. This bag does not get on your feet when pedaling. Thanks to plastic inserts, the bag retains its shape even when full. I had to look down several times to make sure the bag was still there because you completely forget even the bike has it.
