It originally arrived very poorly packaged, missing screws, instructions and a detail that reviews often seem to find fault with. As for the missing parts, the only thing I noticed at first was the missing hardware and instructions, and I informed the seller through Revain that they would simply send me the missing hardware. I explained that I could not return the device because of poor packaging and lack of my own packaging. They responded quickly and explained that they had no replacement parts to ship but would be happy to refund my purchase or send me a brand new unit without having to return the incomplete one. I thought they would send me a new unit and I'm very glad I did! The new one came in much better packaging with all parts included and a simple diagram for instructions. Took me about 10 minutes to assemble, if that. This is NOT a high-performance and high-performance device, but does not claim to be. This is a beautiful, functional, LIGHTWEIGHT bookcase. Even as a light car it could benefit from adjustable legs or the inclusion of hardware to wall mount it on uneven floors for more security, but it only wobbles a little - not enough to tip over, with a pole behind the toilet, unless I try to put something heavy on it. This would be ideal for anyone who needs to use it as most of these devices are designed for lightweight small items like extra toilet paper, bathroom decoration or toiletries. One star deducted for an apparent quality control issue affecting my original order. I would deduct the star shakiness and room for improvement mentioned above, but they got that star from me for their outstanding customer service.
