I have owned this product for MONTHS now and I love it! For reference, I have hair that falls just below my shoulders and it tends to dry to 2b BUT looks more 2c when I use this attachment. I used this with an old hair dryer that did not have a diffuser attachment but I recently bought a new blow dryer. I actually prefer using this attachment over the attachment that came with the new dryer (my hair falls out of the attachment that came with my dryer AND I've even had sections that got sucked into the back of the dryer!). I am able to gather a decently large section of hair into the cup of this awesome attachment, and lift it close to my scalp. This helps my curls form more easily. The attachment that came with my new hair dryer doesn't even come close. I would definitely recommend this product for all the curlies!
