Interchangeable Blades?

We currently need replacement blades but don't know how to order them. The poster saying the hex bolt will rust is visually correct, but I didn't realize it would be impossible to turn as it would be the first blade change after about three years of use. We would appreciate feedback from the supplier or others on our current needs.
