*MUST PURCHASE* I am a psychiatrist, due to the COVID19 pandemic we have switched our services to telemedicine. I would be completely exhausted after only 3 clients, I literally felt mentally exhausted. I kept thinking about influencing factors, change in general (okay, but I'm good with change), and then there was the screen all day. Also, I thought that a lot of the therapy not being implemented is reading the expression, which I may have been concentrating on through the screen, which may also have contributed.
