The friendly approach by which they guide our customers through their process is exceptional! Very knowledgeable staff that can answer questions about many aspects of web development/hosting services or just general marketing advice. I have no complaints; everything was great from start-to-finish (including my first meeting!). They're very responsive and quick to respond via email when there's any need for clarification regarding hosting issues as well. Just make sure they know what kind of project it is before signing them up - they will give excellent service regardless but some more specialized knowledge upfront would eliminate confusion down the road if needed. Great people who care deeply about not only customer satisfaction but also understanding client wants and needs. This is an excellent service that I have used many times over the last few years and can recommend without hesitation. They provide very clear pricing plans and the people who work there are fantastic. Nothing! Friendly Sites does exactly what they say they will do - build websites from scratch or upgrade existing sites (in my case) to a more modern look & feel. Pricing is great too. Very happy customer.
