Very close fitting rash guard. The sleeves are very long. I have tiny hands so monkey thumbs suit me, but on another person it can cut off blood circulation. I really like that there are double layers in the front for modesty and to cover mom's body. I love that it hangs high on my neck to protect me as I float little ones in the sand throughout the day. It's comfortable and cool. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 BC for size, little monkey fingers and tiny butts. For the record, I'm 5ft 3in, 34 DDD, 147lbs and usually wear a S or M. I got this in a large and it fits like a medium or even a small.
