I had these shoes for my daughter years ago when she was just starting to walk and we loved them so much we bought them for my son now that he is walking. They are not so easy to tear off, but easy to put on for adults. However, they ran a little less than I expected? You definitely won't fit him before 24 months. And he's not too big for 12 months.
