Review on Samsung Galaxy A51 (128GB Cell Phones & Accessories by David Edwards

Revainrating 3 out of 5

I'm sorry this phone is NOT compatible with T-Mobile BUT.

I was hoping this phone would be my new phone! However, after an issue with T-Mobile, I was informed that the phone (IMEI#) is NOT compatible with T-Mobile. When I was in an area where there were LOTS of TM towers, I had a pretty good signal. However, when I came home with FIVE towers - all within 2km of my RV - the best I got was 2 bars. And as a result, the Internet was unacceptable with a maximum download of 1.1 and an upload of 0.039! It took 22 HOURS to download a 37MB file. Emm, no. The phone is back. ;(UPDATE: 10/24/2020 This phone "should" work with T-Mobile. My reasoning on this is that despite the "issue" with the IMEI number, I was there when I was in the T-Mobile store was 4 full bars per phone but when I got home despite those 5 towers nearby the max was 2 bars - and it wasn't stable at all I ended up going to the T-Mobile store and bought a T-Mobile phone .In the store it had a full 4 stripes but when I got back home the best was still only 2 stripes! T-Mobile assured me their technicians would fix it, which wasn't the case. So after 4- Playing around with these phones for 5 days not having internet due to bad phone reception I finally broke down and gave up on T-Mobile got their phone back and had to go back to Verizon and Xfinity I am happy with this situation but it is NOT Phone is to blame! However, if you are at T-Mobile and Pro Having problems with a third-party phone, they will definitely take advantage of this. to justify your poor reception.
