1. Unfortunately, the shape did not suit me at all - they fall out of my ears with any movement of my head. I tried to solve this issue with ear pads, but it’s impossible to put your ears in a case in them, and without a case you can’t connect to the device, and here is the next minus: 2. To switch between devices (from a phone to a working computer, for example), you need to remove the headphones, put them in the case, connect, then take them out and put them on again. And if you add manipulations with ear pads here, then what the hell, nerves are more expensive. 3. No option to switch tracks, only pause/play. And it doesn't work the first time. 4. Completely useless voice assistant function, which is only annoying if you accidentally touch the left earpiece. It would be better to switch tracks. 5. The sound would be good if there was at least minimal noise reduction, but there is none. Can be solved with ear pads, but see point 1
