moved to a new apartment a few months ago and had a crappy shower head. finally replaced by this one. LOVE IT! I fully expected this to be an awful product based on the extremely inferior materials it is made from. The shower head and the part that attaches to the existing shower head structure are made out of terribly cheap plastic. The hose that carries water from the wall through the shower head is made out of cheap tin or something. however, this thing works amazingly. I love the water pressure it offers. In fact, I got to the point where I hated showering because of the crappy shower head that was in that apartment. this thing is just great. And when water flows through it stands in any position I want and then I can take it off and easily clean my undercarriage. I'm giving it a 4 for the cheap quality of the products it's made from and I expect it to stop working in about a month haha. If so, it's cheap, so I'll buy another one. I definitely recommend it. And it says no tools are required for installation, but you'll need a wrench or pliers to remove your existing showerhead.
