Miles are shown in the window but they are only measured in kilometers with no ability to switch to miles

This image does not represent the product correctly. I bought it because it spoke (only speaks when the button is pressed) and because of the steps and miles tracker. Miles are not counted, only kilometers and this cannot be changed. The picture should not show miles as this is not what you will receive with the item.
