I have very severe back pain. This pillow is great for my aches and pains in the back, but I have to flip the pillow so the hole is facing my face and use a temperamental pillow because the first night I tried, I had a U facing mine Sleeping on the back of my neck, a really bad neck had pain in the morning and I tossed and turned because my neck was so high. So the next night my husband suggested turning it the other way and using whatever pillow works best for you and it worked. The pillow is super big. There is absolutely no place to cuddle with a spouse. lol At night it is your cuddly pillow. I love how fluffy it is because I hope to make lots of money with it. I had a bobby when I was pregnant with my daughter and I really liked it and used it for two years after I got it. Then he just lost his form. So this is my first in 3 years and it's really nice. This would be my only pillow case apart from helping rather than having my usual 6 pillows at night that didn't move or should I say moved when I moved (which were on the floor). I would recommend this pillow if you already sleep a lot for comfort.
