Chair arrived today. Set up was relatively easy for both of us. Pros: comfortable armrest; comfortable seat, adjustable footrest - that's good. Cons: Chair does not "recline" as advertised. I called the company and they said the feature was 'off' although the description of the chair was not updated to reflect this. I'm not sure if the back will fit me. I might need a pillow behind me. Overall the chair is satisfactory but I am disappointed in the lack of "tilt" and wonder if this missing feature is enough to justify returning the chair,
