I like that it can be used with both cloud or on-premise solutions, as well as both Windows Server OS's (8/2012R2) and Linux. The UI could use some work - but they are actively working on this. It does not support all of our applications out of the box, so we have to write custom scripts to get them up and running. But once you do figure out how to install them correctly, everything works great! We've realized significant gains in application response times since using APS. I like how easy it was to implement, as well as troubleshoot any issues that arose with our business needs changing over time. There isn't much you can dislike about this software other than maybe they could make some of their features more user friendly? The customer support team has been great in helping me through my first month using APM! They have also gone above & beyond by providing us training materials so we did not need an advisor when starting up (which would be costly).
