Review on 🌿 Thai Crystal Deodorant Stones: Effective Natural Deodorant, 2-Pack (4.25 oz each), Varying Packaging by Heather Phillips

I've been using these salt crystals for decades and will never go back to chemical or aluminum deodorants. This product definitely has 5 stars but I'm deducting a star due to packaging changes. Anyone who uses a salt crystal attached to a plastic base knows that you must store the crystal upside down so that the moisture that wets the crystal during use doesn't penetrate the base and destroy the crystal. If you keep the crystal upright and wet it will eventually come loose. This means you have to store the crystal upside down in the base or replace the crystal before the product is consumed. If you store it the right way up, the crystal will eventually break off at the bottom as water collects in the bottom. This crystal packaging has always had a flat top, making it easy to store the crystals. My last order had the top of the container altered and the edges rounded which made the container unstable on the top. This is a major design flaw that was obviously redesigned by someone who doesn't use this salt crystal or doesn't know how to use and preserve it. The inability to store the crystal without water getting on the crystal in the lid is not possible with this packaging redesign. This means the crystal will crack at the base and eventually break off and shatter on the ground. Poor design unless intentional, requiring product to be replaced if only partially used. Luckily the flat top of my previous crystal came up to the base and I can use the previous top. I hope the company switches the packaging design back to a flat top. I took a star off this five star product for this packaging error which shortens the lifespan of this wonderful product.
