Neither here nor there

So far the pens I've used have been a nice colour. I would have liked a lighter packaging. It would be easier if the handles were shiny or not. With most pens, removing the cap reveals the entire interior of the pen. Neither the inside nor the lid was screwed on. tightly twisted. Ink may have leaked. And when the coloring stops, there's a lot of ink left, but it just doesn't work anymore. As of today, June 18, 2020, I still have not received my gel pens.
