I was very satisfied with this product which I bought in August 2021. Unfortunately that has changed today. I got to work, made my bed and nothing. I checked all the connections and everything was fine, which means that this product is defective. I came back to check my order and possibly contact the seller as I have only had this item for 4 months. I found that there is a guarantee (now I know why) I will still contact the seller and ask for a replacement. If they don't want to work with me because I did NOT purchase a warranty, I will update this post to include my customer service experience. In the meantime, be vigilant and buy with a guarantee. *Update: The seller gave me a half price refund. You reacted quickly. Get a guarantee!
