Designed for preschoolers not much older

I bought this in three colors for my kids ages 3, 6 and 8 and 1/2. It fits my 3 and 6 year olds but it was too small for my 8 year old. Chances are my six year old daughter won't fit in next year when she grows up. It is really intended for preschoolers.
