Worry-free handling of accessories and consumables

Most pedestal mounted flat screen TVs can fall over in an earthquake or at the hands of a curious, fearless child. subject to regular shaking and strong earthquakes - the question is not if, but when. I've recently become a father, so these two factors prompted me to find a way to "fix" my flat screen TV. After some internet searching and reading positive user reviews, I found the Sanus mounting strap. As soon as I took this product out of the box, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of its materials and the fact that the manufacturer provides you with a variety of sizes of screws, spacers and washers that will work with most mounting options you will encounter. Installing the Sanus mounting strap was relatively easy for me. You can attach the strap to the table the TV is on, or directly to the wall, or both. I attached the strap to the table and wall. Tools and supplies you will need: Screwdriver Drill (make sure you get the right drill bits for your situation. Concrete wall, drywall or wood walls etc.) Dowels (make sure you get the right drill bits for your situation. Concrete wall or drywall or wood walls etc.) Extra screws (just in case the ones supplied by Sanus don't match the bolts received) Final Thoughts: Having installed this mounting strap I am now absolutely confident that my 42 inch flat screen TV is "anchored" securely and firmly and will not tip over in an earthquake or at the hands of my very inquisitive child.
