Review on Enhanced Footwear Traction with Kahtoola NANOspikes by Chris Palmer

I have micro cleats for hiking and love them so when I wanted something to run on icy trails it was an easy choice. I used them for the first time today and they worked well. With the recent warm weather followed by rain and then dropping temperatures, the track conditions were perfect to try. The surface was a mix of frozen fields, mixed gravel and dirt tracks and fire roads with some clear spots and solid ice. The nanothorns worked exactly as I had hoped. There are no problems with the passage of sections that would be almost impossible to pass without them. My only complaint is that the recommended size for my shoe size is too big for the sneakers. The Kahtoola size should be based on hiking shoes. my sneakers
