Strap pulled out of the loop
Bought for the upcoming vacation, about a week worn at home. One day when I was putting it on, the strap broke from the hook end of the locking mechanism. The band is only held in the hook by a bent metal pressed (flat) against the band. I tried punching through the center of the metal to get a small hook on the strap but to no avail. I have no idea how it all fails.
