Fits great but leaves dark dye on skin

It fits great and it is very comfortable and soft. However, it's been 6 months and it's still leaving black stains on my skin and lighter clothing. I've washed it over a dozen times and it never seems to get better. I bought this to layer under stuff on colder days and now I can't without risking large black stains on my lighter fabrics and my arms.
