I like that this is available online where you can access it from anywhere with any device. It's easy to use as well! Sometimes there are issues when trying to navigate through the website which could be fixed if they improved their customer service department. The ability for me to stream live tv to multiple places around my home without having to have cable installed everywhere would make life easier (especially during football season). I like that this is working on all platforms, not just for smart TVs. The interface is easy to use. It's not as useful if you don't have a smart TV, and it doesn't work with the latest Apple TV. Make sure to do at least some research before purchasing. We are solving issues around travel by using USTVNow to watch our shows while we're away from home.
