Boraam cherry bar stools look great. We ordered three chairs. These chairs look great on our kitchen island and match our cabinets. Tops are comfortable. Wife recommends them to friends and neighbors. It took me 30 to 45 minutes to assemble the chair while watching a movie and drinking beer. The instructions aren't perfect, but most people who know how to use a wrench and screwdriver should be easy to follow. The only tool required is an Allen key, which is included. Open the box with the red or yellow ribbon sticking out. Colored tape attaches to the gear box/bag and the pieces are designed to be removed at the end along with the gear bag. Aftercare: One of the chairs had a crack in the wood on the lower support ring (footrest). . It was a simple manufacturing defect. It looks like there was a knot in the middle of the piece of wood and the ring split during assembly. Also on the same stool, one of the screw inserts was not cut. Contact Revain and they will send you a new one the next day. It arrived on time, we replaced the parts and sent the damaged chair back at no extra cost. Excellent customer service.
