96% Cotton 4% Spandex - Feels like Modal (if you've ever felt it) Very soft and pleasant to the touch. Doesn't hang, wrap around you, or tie like some solid cotton shirts do. The legs are big enough, even in slippers you can put your foot in them. I was very surprised at the quality and feel of this sleep set at this price point. Would I buy again - in fact I will be buying another set now. Remember this is a sleep set, not a chill out set. I use it for both but the fabric is very thin and "light" if you know what I mean you might not want to wear it in mixed company unless they've already seen it all anyway. David Archie works with word of mouth and minimal advertising (except for essential clothing). They seem to make a high quality product at a low price - a combination that is rare to find! And I almost forgot, I'm 6ft 3" and size XL fits great.
