I took this vest for a 3.5 mile run this morning. The vest is lightweight and adjustable, making it very easy to achieve a secure fit. The design allows for interference-free full-body movement. It sits higher on the back so the weight is more evenly distributed and doesn't impede lower back movement. The vest has multiple pockets for your phone, keys, lip balm, food or anything else you might need. This vest is a good value. I'll update my post when I drive it a few miles. Update: Having now owned this vest for a few months and ridden over 100 miles I stand by my original post. I have washed the vest several times and it still looks like new.
