No way did it have a 500lb weight limit, but the company's support is fine.
I have had this chair for 8-10 months now. I weigh a little over 300 kilos. and my height is 6 feet 3 inches. I paid a lot of money for this chair and expected it to support my weight well. The bolts in the levers simply burst. The chair is now completely unusable. Please don't waste your money to buy it if you are a tall person. I can't even squeeze a year out of this. Edit: The support team was really nice and finally sent me a brand new chair that is just as good as my old one in terms of comfort. The chair won't last forever, but at least you're taken care of in terms of support.
