I use them with great success. I actually found an extension that can hold 4 of them at the same time. This is wall tape. I made a custom wooden mini shelf and impressed my husband! They usually get hot and at high you can see a little scatter. I don't have the same experience with this time consuming custom setup. It is located behind a sofa with headrests as the two outer seats are recliners. They're placed high enough to get enough airflow and smell, but they don't have much luck. Then I adjusted them from high 2 notches. To work! I'll update if anything changes, but maybe being at the top isn't always ideal. With two previously connected to the sofa console, they were very strong! I hope this works for you too!
