Everything about this product is great including the key holder which fits comfortably in your hand and doesn't move. I never have to worry about my key flying out while running. The screen cover is fine, it does what it's supposed to do, protects the screen from the elements, just what I need. When you have a screen protector/phone case it's difficult to use and somewhat unresponsive, but who would clumsily attempt to use the screen while exercising? It faces outward and away from your body, so you can still easily access the screen no matter what angle you've mounted it. It also has enough room for bulky bags and room for a headphone jack if you don't already have a set of Bluetooth headphones, AirPods, etc. The extension strap is easy to attach, even for big muscles!
