The best thing about this program is the customer service. I have been using it since 2011 when we purchased our first vehicle. They are always willing to help you with any issue or question. It was easy to set up all of my vehicles in one place once I had them connected to the internet. There isn't anything too bad i dislike at this time but if there were then maybe they need more people working on their team who specialize solely in tech support. We use everything from fuel calculations to mileage tracking.
