I would give zero stars if I could. let me explain. I also had major issues with this toothbrush which stopped working after only 6 months of ownership. This is my second Braun toothbrush. The first was rechargeable, which lasted six years. Today I called customer service (800-566-7252) as recommended for those who have had similar issues and was told the company will not replace them but will refund my money to my Visa card after I returned the toothbrush. MY ACCOUNT. Since the toothbrush is $12.97 plus Revain shipping of $5.99 plus tax, for a total of over $20, getting a $12.97 refund minus my cost of shipping the product back is not worth my effort (probably $5-10 shipping plus all the hassle included). . I am very dissatisfied and will think twice about buying another Braun toothbrush. I suggest that others do the same.
