This set includes 2 pillows measuring 20" x 28". It is larger than the standard size (20 x 26) and slightly smaller than the "queen size" (20 x 30). We have a king size bed but overall it looks like a queen size pillow and it's almost the same. Many pillows only have a seam on the edge. I love that they have a side panel or piping like many pillows do. This means you get better support under your head. Inside is crash foam, 70% memory and 30% regular. Unlike a pillow, which is a single piece, you can adjust the foam to fit under your head. We prefer it. If the pieces get pushed too far towards one end, just give them a good shake and fluff them up! That's all you need to know. The pillows are actually a high quality cover that zips over the inner pillow. You can remove them to wash, but the cushions themselves cannot be washed. The price of $25 per pillow is reasonable compared to many others on the market.
