I LOVE this pillow. I have a herniated disc between L4-L5 and tried to sleep with a pillow between my knees for a while but it was thrown away most nights. This pillow is amazing. The strap really keeps it on my foot so when I flip it over it rolls with me and stays in place or mostly in place. It is much more stable than normal pillows and therefore offers more support. I will buy another one for my spouse!
