Every time I played hockey I would get a blister on my hand from rubbing on a glove. I found this stuff and it was amazing! Just a few tips, be sure to wrap it completely around the area about 3 times or it will move too much or not work. Also, make sure it's not too loose when you wrap it, or too tight. Too tight and the finger eventually becomes numb (happened to me). And if there is too much lace, it will just move or fall off and offer no protection. Adhesion is quite good, I've showered with a foil several times and it never fell off. I had to remove the foil myself if I didn't want to, it's much better than the patch.
