Going by the chart I did order an XL just incase but could've went with a large. However it does give me that light slimming look I was going for. I have a short torso so its fit me like a dress (like I mentioned I could've went for a L) If your looking for something to smooth put your sides and tummy this is good. If your looking for a tighter feel on your tummy I wouldn't recommend it.
