The SD/TF card slot does not hold the card in place.
I bought the player to replace my phone to play music. Soft music for sleep therapy. You need a slot to transfer purchased music to the player via an SD card. The slot will not hook the card to hold it in place. The player does not recognize the card. I bought it online and I don't know how to fix it without buying a new one.
