A terrible set screw renders the device unusable.
The set screws on it seem to fall off by themselves. It's a cheap metal screw. The rest is actually not bad, but the quality of the set screw is critical and on that basis it fails. It seemed to me that if you tighten it too much, everything will fall apart.
