The product really lives up to expectations. It looks good, it is compact, the picture is clear and it can achieve excellent resolution. It is perfect for my use and a great help in my work. The cables are good and the way you can map the screens makes any job easier. The sound is higher pitched than I expected but that's not a big deal, it's the fan noise we're all used to but obviously that would be a point to improve. Another point I encountered is that the mouse doesn't work well for Linux. This could be an issue with Linux in general or with my Linuxes (I have two here and neither works) but I've searched the web and have come across this issue on many occasions, although my old KVM worked fine for them I think I could fix it somehow, so it's another point to get better. Apart from the fact that the product is very good, I can recommend it.
