Great monitoring solution if used together with other tools
It's really easy for administrators of multiple environments, it helps with troubleshooting (e.g., VM migrations).
Monitoring virtual machines across different locations can be difficult without this tool. There are also some bugs that I've found in our production environment, but nothing major yet. We use VMs heavily at work and we have lots of servers around the world so having something like this makes sense here as well - you don't want to spend time manually checking each location every week/month etc.
Pros
- Easy administration
- Good UX design
- Lots off features! :)
Cons
- Not being able run scripts directly from within one click is annoying.
- The error reporting system has been buggy sometimes..but not too big deal though.it happens when there're many people using vps services simultaneously anyway :P(I guess they all get errors)It could improve their customer support options
