This is such an emotional product that before shipping I expected higher quality and standards. I got it and knowing that I would have to send my 16 year old best friend to his final resting place was quite emotional. Turning the product over and placing photos, I noticed a very bright defect. This is an emotional time, not a time of coming back and problems. I am extremely disappointed!
