Overall a good product and easy to install with a few exceptions. There could have been more instructions on how to set the tilt and pan tension ie what is adequate, what is excessive etc. Also the smaller cable management covers of BOTH monitor mounts I ordered were a REAL BUT PAIN (a real struggle). Power them on via HDMI and the power cord. I can imagine this destruction if I have to tear (move) her down. Also if you use a mounting sleeve and try to insert 2 cables into the back/back of the mounting sleeve (which is flush with your table/desk) for cable management, it is SO tight and pinches/kinks the cables. . Therefore, this area will probably also break during the next move/remodeling. Some improvements are definitely needed in the mentioned areas.
