This product is really strong and well made. It just doesn't offer back support if you have a stomach. A piece of wood was left on my back. The belt itself either gave me the shape of a muffin with very little back support, or when pressed down by a lover it supported but not enough. If you have to bend down a lot, don't take this belt as it moves up and down. It is also shaped to cut into the thigh and ribs. Update: I woke up this morning and the middle of my back was killing me. I'm pretty sure it's in the lumbar region.
