We used them for our recent Christmas Event! They were extremely professional and did exactly what we needed at every turn (and even when I requested something that wasn't listed!).
The team was always available via email or phone if there's any issues with my account - which is rare but great customer service nevertheless :) There are some things they could improve like keeping track of orders/deliveries etc as well having more options within their website layout so it can be customised better per store location / product type eg; only displaying certain categories within an event area vs everything? This would make life easier because you don’t have too many tabs open whilst running events!! Also maybe include 'tips' section about how best display products during each season e.g.; winter coats & boots rather than just putting out all items once again this year.
