I was going to keep this watch on my wrist for about a week before giving my opinion on the watch. I base my decisions on a new watch at a price and then the overall value the watch offers at that price. For less than 30€ you get really good value for money in my opinion. The hardened mineral crystal is flat and clear, which I like and wasn't expecting to get a sapphire crystal at this price point, so I have no complaints. The day/date function is great as I love having a date function. The weekday complication is just icing on the cake for me personally. I would like to point out that the body appears to be made out of a metal alloy which gives a really nice sandblasted effect. It's not quite matte, not quite pearly, but gives some shine that looks amazing! The nato strap that the watch runs on is of good quality and I would expect if I had to pay $10-15 for an Amazon strap so I appreciate the quality of the hardware on the nato strap right out of the box . As a quartz I can say this movement is decent as the seconds hand hardly bounces around and I know the battery life will last quite a while before needing to be replaced. With a water resistance of 50m, I don't have to worry about this watch being in the rain or outside, which is very convenient. Finally, the lume on the dial is quite bright for this price point. It's not BG9 super phosphor or anything like that, but it glows brightly and lasts a reasonable time. Much longer than many other inexpensive watches I have with luminescent hands/dial. Hope that helps! For an inexpensive field watch, I can definitely recommend this watch from MDC/Infantry!
