I bought this to replace my laptop keyboard. I was concerned about the quality of this keyboard and mouse as they were very cheap and I expected to get what I paid for. I'm picky about keyboard feel and feel, I grew up around real typewriters and chunkier PC keyboards. I was very surprised by the excellent quality of this keyboard. The keys are touch responsive (I'm typing fast, about 100 words per minute), and the keys (ALL!) are quiet and subdued. In my opinion, this is a very pleasant to touch keyboard, pleasant in a way. I've already written 6 papers with this keyboard and spent over 100 hours on the whiteboard and mouse. I am very satisfied and can buy another one as a backup if I need another one. Super easy USB connection and no additional settings. Truly a plug and play set.
