It's sad to see so many people struggling with this. We had no problems at all. I bought it back when it was more expensive because my family are Who fans and we could justify having another Wiimote. But it has become the most used Wiimote we have. Why? USB charging. With normal wiimotes, normal batteries need to be replaced all the time, rechargeable batteries are good but annoying, and these battery packs are usually low in capacity, and wiimotes are usually useless during charging because they have to be in the base. It uses a USB cable for this, so even if you run out of battery at some point, you can just plug it in and use it for many applications in minutes. I wish normal Wiimotes would work in a similar way.
