As soon as I opened it, an unbearable smell enveloped me. Burns well and does exactly what it's supposed to. But the smell is terrible! I was hoping for a smell like walking into those little shops with all the cool characters and the smell of light incense. However, the smell is extremely strong and after five minutes I took it out and immediately threw it outside. Now the smell won't go away. I opened the windows and turned on the fan. It didn't help. The air freshener made things worse! The only thing that seemed to dull the smell was a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water. But I can still smell it, even after putting it back in its box, putting it outside, and thoroughly cleaning my room. Beware if you have a sensitive nose. I definitely don't, but I will probably smell it for a few days.
