Blue screen of death and bios errors. Constant reboots
Update: March 21, 2021 I contacted the seller about the issue and they promptly resolved the issue and refunded my money. I'm increasing my rating to 4 stars based on feedback and experience. I bought this laptop as a gift a few weeks ago. It started freezing a few times a day and reverted to the BIOS error. Now he does this at least 3-4 times a day and it's very frustrating to keep restarting the laptop. I will be careful to buy this product.
